Welcome to the Whole Foods-Healthy Living Program, that will have you eating your way to a More Vibrant, Energized You!

Session 1 – Food Facts 101- Carbs that Make You Healthy or Sick!

In the first session you will learn about the basics of a healthy diet – what foods will help you be strong and healthy, and what foods can make you sick, with a special focus on carbohydrates.

Session 2 – Food Facts 102 – Protein: How Much Do You Really Need!
In this session, we discuss the importance of protein to overall health, where to get it, and how much you really need to be healthy.

Session 3 – Food Facts 103 – Fats: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly!
We have all heard that fat is bad for us. Learn how wrong this belief is, why fat is so important to human health, and where to get the best fats to heal inflammation, build strong bones and strong bodies!

Session 4: Grocery Store Orientation
In this session, we take a field trip to a local grocery store where you will be introduced to the wonderful healthful foods available, how to distinguish them from unhealthy foods, and how to avoid impulse buys.

Session 5 – Meal Plans
In this session, you will learn how to combine healthy foods into an economical menu you can truly feel good about serving to your family.

Session 6 – Let's Get Cooking!
In our final session, you will learn to cook (and get to taste) some of the healthy foods we have been discussing in the program.
